Not everyone who suffers with mental health issues seeks help. This is because they believe it's a taboo subject-this just isn't true.
Mental health is just as serious as physical health and we encourage people to seek help, just as they would for a physical ailment.
We aim to provide a service for those who may not have someone to talk to or feel more comfortable speaking to a person not known to them. We can offer signposting to relevant services that can help with individual needs and equally as important, a friendly face and chat. We want people to know that they are not alone and that they have someone they can speak to in confidence.
No one should have to fight their mental health alone.
Speak to someone on our team today by contacting us online.
We hope that if everyone spares just 10 minutes to check up on a family member, a friend or a colleague, then potentially this will enable problems with mental health to be identified quickly and individuals encouraged to seek help.
We would encourage everyone to keep this in mind and #spare10forben
Mental health has no face, it can affect anyone.
